Shipping Policies

We use UPS Ground for our default shipping.  Most orders will be received within 3 – 7 business days.  Please be advised some items can never be sent any other way than Ground due to shipping regulations.  Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of an exchange.

Return Policy

Motorcycle and ATV Accessories.com expects your apparel to both look good and fit well.  If an article doesn’t fit well, we will happily exchange the wrong size for the right size.

Please e-mail us with a description of the problem.  We will issue a return authorization number.  The new item will ship as soon as we receive the old item.  Returned apparel must be returned in new condition, unworn except to try on, with tags still attached and in original packing.  We must require returns to us in 20 (twenty) days after you receive the item.  The first exchange will have the return shipping and new shipping paid by us.  Any further exchanges or returns will be charged to the customer.

Helmets must be packed exactly as they were shipped so that no scratches will occur on the surface.

For all other items, please e-mail for prior authorization before returning any item.  Items being returned for full refund must be in new condition and in original packing.

PLEASE NOTE:  All returns must be shipped pre-paid.  All returns must be completed within 20 (twenty) days of receiving item.

Backorder Policy

If an item should be on back-order, we will send you an estimated time of arrival date.  You have the option of continuing with the order or cancelling it.  If the item is part of a larger order, and you choose to continue, we will split the order and ship the in stock items.  When the back-ordered item is in stock, we will ship it to you.  If the back-ordered item is the only thing in your order, we will ship it automatically to you, unless you choode differently.  Of course, should you cancel the back-ordered item, we will refund the purchase price in the manner it was paid (PayPal, MasterCard, Visa).

Damaged Goods Policy

If something is damaged, we have to have complete details as to what the box looks like and what was damaged.  Digital photos would be greatly appreciated since UPS requires us to file a damaged package claim.  Also, you will need to keep the box/packaging for 15 (fifteen) business days to satisfy UPS.  We will file a claim with UPS and also, if necessary, we will send out a replacement.

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
